Arshad Ahamed trading as Arshadify uses contact and company details to answer enquiries, booking details to arrange calls, and billing details to process requested purchases. See the privacy policy for the data categories and providers for recipients.
Indian processing must have consent or an applicable use permitted by the DPDP Act. Providing information for an enquiry does not authorize unrelated marketing. Agent approval is not consent from the people in a campaign.
Consent and rights
Withdraw optional website consent at any time. Email arshad@arshadify.online for access, correction, completion, updating, erasure, or nomination requests under applicable law. Include your account email and the request, not identity documents or passwords. We may seek proportionate verification.
This service is for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit children’s data. Contact us if it has been submitted.
Privacy grievances
Contact: Arshad Ahamed, arshad@arshadify.online. Use the subject “Privacy grievance”. Our response target is 30 days, subject to any shorter legal deadline. This is an operational target, not evidence that a request has been resolved. Where applicable, use our grievance process before escalating to the Data Protection Board of India.
Current legal status
The DPDP Act 2023 and Rules 2025 have phased commencement. As of 31 October 2026, not all substantive duties are in force. These controls support readiness; this website does not claim DPDP certification.
