What you buy
Software Essentials costs US$499 for 30 days of software access: one user, two buyer briefs, up to 100 account reviews and 100 contact review records. You supply the underlying data. No outreach sending, managed campaign, live data sourcing or meeting guarantee is included. The service period starts when usable access is provided after confirmed payment.
Currency and payment
USA and UK prices are quoted in USD. India pricing is ₹47,405 using a fixed commercial rate of ₹95 per US$1. This is not a market exchange rate. Online payments cannot exceed ₹50,000 or its approved currency equivalent. International checkout is available only after the payment provider approves it. We do not split invoices to bypass limits.
Your final total
The checkout shows the currency, any eligible coupon and the final amount before you authorize payment. There are no undisclosed Arshadify fees. If any tax is applicable, it must appear in your agreed total before payment; we do not add it afterwards. Your bank may charge its own conversion or international transaction fees.
Access and renewal
This is a one-time payment, not an automatically renewing subscription. Payment is confirmed with Cashfree on the server before paid access is granted. Save your payment reference. If you are charged but cannot access the product, contact us immediately; we will restore access or refund the affected purchase. No charge is taken while software checkout is unavailable.
Refunds and cancellation
Request a full refund within 7 calendar days after access starts by emailing your account email and payment reference. No explanation is required. Duplicate charges and payments for access we cannot deliver are refunded in full. After 7 days, a material unresolved service failure qualifies for a refund of the unused access period. Mandatory cancellation, digital-content and consumer rights, where applicable, are unaffected.
How refunds work
We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and aim to decide them within 5 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days to the original payment method and currency. Bank posting times and any exchange-rate differences are outside our control. We never ask for a card number, PIN, CVV or one-time password by email.
Coupons and disputes
Only one valid coupon or referral code may apply per purchase. Codes have stated expiry and usage limits; they have no cash value. Refunds return the amount actually paid. Contact us first if a payment looks wrong, without giving up your right to raise a dispute with your bank.
Managed services
Outreach, Meeting Intelligence, expert delivery and meeting outcomes are scoped on a call and governed by a separate written agreement. The software purchase does not include these services or promise revenue. No campaign launches without your approval.
Data and support
You retain ownership of your data and can export it from your workspace. Do not upload data you have no right to use. See our privacy policy for processing, retention and rights. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases; the version accepted at checkout applies to your existing purchase.
