What does customer acquisition as a service include?
We manage a focused campaign: account and contact research, messages you approve, outreach, follow-ups, reply handling, buyer qualification and meeting coordination. You receive buyer briefs, campaign records and a weekly scorecard.
The offer includes scoped access to an invite-only AI sales workspace configured around your product. Arshad demonstrates the platform privately before setup is agreed.
Who is it for?
Seed to Series B AI SaaS companies, usually with 10–150 employees, selling into the US and UK. We work with founders and CEOs, GTM and growth leaders, and heads of sales. Recent funding, active GTM hiring or a new market launch can make this a useful time to start.
Your product must be ready to sell, solve a clear business problem and have someone available to lead sales calls. Funding and hiring indicate relevance; they do not establish a company's budget or intent to buy.
What counts as a qualified attended meeting?
- The company fits your agreed target profile.
- The attendee owns, influences or evaluates the relevant decision.
- The buyer confirms a relevant problem or use case.
- The buyer agrees to discuss your product and attends.
A booking or a no-show is not an attended meeting. Revenue and closed customers are later outcomes owned by your sales team.
How does the campaign work?
- Discover: agree the product use case, audience and qualification standard.
- Focus: review accounts, messages and setup. You approve outreach before launch.
- Launch: we run outreach, follow-ups and response handling.
- Qualify: confirm interest and fit, arrange calls and prepare context.
- Improve: review weekly results and adjust the campaign.
What will the sales workspace do?
Before calls, it brings buyer research and conversation history together. During supported Google Meet calls, it provides suggested product answers, objection guidance, captions and transcription. Afterward, it prepares summaries, follow-up drafts and next steps for review.
The client approves product material and retains responsibility for sales claims. Users, branding, integrations, delivery channels, recording consent, support and access duration are agreed during setup. See the platform with Arshad.
How are progress, timing and fees agreed?
The weekly scorecard covers researched accounts, outreach, replies, qualified buyers, bookings and attended meetings. We also show what needs to change. Scope, platform access, fees and targets are agreed before commitment. There is no universal deadline or guaranteed revenue result.
What experience supports the approach?
In an ecommerce campaign, 10,000 sourced merchants were narrowed to 341 problem-matched prospects, producing 15 qualified attended meetings within 45 days. The client later reported 12 migrations after further calls. This supports the research method, not a predicted AI SaaS conversion rate. Read the full case and its limits.
