What was the result?
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 10,000 | Merchants sourced into the initial account pool. |
| 341 | Prospects selected through internal problem-based qualification. |
| 15 | Qualified sales meetings attended within 45 days. |
| 12 | Merchant migrations later reported by the client after additional sales calls. |
How were the prospects selected?
We started with a broad merchant pool, investigated problems merchants reported on competing platforms and matched those problems to the client's capabilities. Internal automation supported qualification. The resulting shortlist gave outreach a specific reason to engage.
Where did Arshadify's work end?
The campaign produced qualified attended meetings. The client led the later sales conversations and reported the migrations. The migration figure is separate from the 45-day meeting result; it is not a claim that 12 customers migrated within that period.
Why is this relevant to AI SaaS?
The transferable method is to find a business problem, investigate product fit, reach an appropriate buyer and establish a reason to talk. We apply that research discipline to AI SaaS campaigns. The audience, buying process and results will differ.
What does the evidence establish?
These figures were supplied by Arshadify's founder, and the migrations were reported by the client. The case has not been independently audited. It is an ecommerce example, not an AI SaaS case study or a guaranteed conversion rate.
For a new campaign, we agree the target audience, qualification standard, scope and review milestones. See how the service works.
